Hello, my name is Daniel, and I live in the Pacific North West. I love talking about my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I started my journey in the Christian faith a few years ago. I felt led to start this blog to point people to Christ, and also to give my thoughts on what the bible says about certain topics.
I had an encounter with Jesus Christ that completely changed my life. I lived for the world, and was very hedonistic up until I was 33 years old. My sinful lifestyle and bad choices, along with help from Satan had carried me into a deep pit. I was having suicidal thoughts–I didn’t want to live anymore. I had nowhere to turn and God rescued me! I experienced His everlasting mercy and grace and it changed me from that day forward.
Now that I am 36, my experiences with faith have so enriched my life that I feel called to encourage, edify, teach, inspire, help, and support others.
A quick gospel message
Call on the name of Jesus Christ and ask him to save you. Jesus is the Son of God and was sent to die for our sins. He lived a sinless life, but then He was crucified and rose from the dead on the 3rd day. He was God and man, and that’s why he was the perfect sacrifice, and also being able to live a sinless life. The propitiation–for all of mankind. (Definition of propitiation-Something that appeases; specifically: an atoning sacrifice.) We are all sinners and in order to be reconciled back to God the Father we need to call on the name of Jesus and put our trust in him. God is Holy and needs that atoning sacrifice for us to dwell with him in heaven.
It doesn’t matter how big of a sinner you think you are; you can be cleansed and washed of your sin. God will forgive those who call on the name of Jesus. God wants everyone to get saved from eternal damnation.
Take the leap of faith and humbly surrender to God. Once you enter in to a personal relationship with God you’ll believe it’s the best decision you’ve ever made–I guarantee it. God loves you!!
